Standard 20° Pressure Angle Tooth Profile: The 20° pressure angle is the most widely recognised universal specification for industrial spur gears. Compared with 14.5° pressure angle gears, it features thicker tooth roots, stronger bending resistance, higher rigidity and better overload resistance, effectively avoiding tooth breakage under heavy load conditions.
Full Module Customisation: Supports custom module ranging from tiny precision modules (0.5M, 0.8M, 1M) for miniature automation equipment to large heavy-duty modules (3M, 5M, 8M and above) for engineering machinery, covering all industrial transmission needs.
Flexible Dimensional Matching : Customisable tooth number, face width, pitch diameter, addendum and dedendum size; diverse bore designs including plain bore, keyway bore, spline bore and stepped bore; optional hub and shoulder structures to meet different installation and assembly requirements of parallel shaft systems.
Precision Tooth Machining: Adopts advanced hobbing, grinding and finishing processes, with gear precision grades ranging from ISO 6 to ISO 10, ensuring high meshing accuracy and minimal backlash for parallel shaft transmission.
Optional Materials: 45# carbon steel (cost-effective for general light-load transmission), 40Cr alloy steel (high toughness and wear resistance for medium-load scenarios), 20CrMnTi carburised steel (high hardness and impact resistance for heavy-duty and high-speed operation), stainless steel (corrosion-resistant for humid, chemical and food-grade environments), and engineering plastic (low noise, self-lubricating for light-load silent transmission).
Custom Surface Treatments: Includes black oxide finishing (anti-rust), quenching & tempering (overall toughening), tooth surface high-frequency quenching (local high hardness, wear resistance), carburising and nitriding treatment (ultra-high wear and fatigue resistance), as well as galvanisation and polishing, to extend service life and improve surface finish.
Stable Parallel Shaft Meshing: The standard straight-tooth structure enables pure rolling meshing between two parallel shafts, no axial force during operation, effectively reducing shaft and bearing wear, and improving the overall stability of the transmission system.
High Load & Fatigue Resistance: The 20° pressure angle optimises the tooth root stress distribution, significantly improving the bending strength and contact fatigue strength of the gear teeth, making it suitable for long-term continuous operation under variable load and heavy-load conditions.
Low Vibration & Low Noise: Precision tooth finishing and accurate tooth profile correction ensure tight meshing fit, reduce meshing impact and friction noise, and meet the low-noise operation requirements of precision automation equipment.
High Transmission Efficiency: Straight-tooth meshing features simple transmission principle and low sliding friction, with transmission efficiency up to 98% or above, effectively reducing equipment energy consumption.
Easy Installation & Maintenance: Simple structural design, high assembly compatibility, convenient disassembly and replacement, and low daily maintenance cost, suitable for various modular parallel shaft transmission equipment.
Automation equipment: Conveyor lines, automated assembly machines, sorting equipment, robotic transmission mechanisms;
Precision machinery: Instrumentation equipment, precision testing instruments, small precision transmission devices;
General industrial machinery: Packaging machinery, printing machinery, textile machinery, food processing machinery;
Heavy-duty equipment: Construction machinery, mining equipment, agricultural machinery, large transmission reduction devices;
Logistics and warehousing equipment: Warehouse lifting equipment, intelligent handling robots, transmission roller systems.
