Double row roller chain coupling: consisting of two sprockets and a double row chain, it has a large torque capacity and strong impact resistance.

CHAIN GUIDE

Function: Guide the trajectory of the chain to prevent detachment, tooth jumping, or lateral swinging.

Structure and Material:
Nylon guide plate: low noise, lightweight, suitable for lightweight conveyor lines (such as food processing machines).
Stainless steel guide rail: high wear resistance, able to withstand high temperatures or heavy loads (such as mining conveyor belts).
Guided by rollers: reduces friction and is suitable for high-speed chains (≥ 2m/s).

Installation method:
Side fixed type: Installed on the side of the sprocket with bolts to limit the lateral displacement of the chain.
Top pressure plate type: Covering the top of the chain to prevent excessive sagging (commonly seen in long-distance transmission).

Key selection points:
Select the inner diameter of the guide groove based on the width of the chain (such as using a 22mm inner diameter guide groove for a 20mm wide chain).
Rubber shock absorbers need to be installed in frequent vibration scenarios.
