The Double Pitch Conveyor Chain with Special Attachments (GK-1) is a high-efficiency conveying component, integrating the lightweight and cost-effective advantages of double pitch design with the specialized functionality of GK-1 attachments[1]

Core Construction & Advantages

Crafted from high-quality carbon steel or optional AISI 304/316 stainless steel (customizable), the chain adopts a full-metal structure (link plates, pins, bushings, rollers) for enhanced tensile strength and wear resistance, extending service life in long-term continuous operation.
Its double pitch design (two pitches between each link) reduces friction and overall weight while ensuring efficient conveying, making it more economical than standard single-pitch chains[1

Key Specifications & Customization

Compliant with international standards (e.g., ANSI), the chain ensures seamless interchangeability with matching sprockets. Typical specifications (customizable per requirements):

  • Pitch (P): 25.40mm - 76.20mm (e.g., 25.40mm for 2040 series, 50.80mm for 2080 series)

  • Roller Diameter: 7.95mm - 25.40mm; Inner Link Width: 7.75mm - 25.40mm

  • Breaking Load: 9.6kN - 104.0kN; Operating Temperature: -20°C to +300°C

  • GK-1 Attachment: Standard size matching chain pitch, customizable thickness and angle
