Heavy-Duty Load-Bearing Capacity: The ZE series adopts an enhanced thickened plate structure and optimized pin shaft and roller design. Compared with ordinary conveyor chains, it boasts higher ultimate tensile strength and stronger load-bearing performance, effectively coping with long-term heavy-load material conveying and frequent start-stop operation without deformation or fracture.
Excellent Wear & Impact Resistance: All key components including pins, bushes, rollers and link plates undergo precise heat treatment such as carburizing and quenching. The surface achieves high hardness while the core maintains good toughness, greatly improving wear resistance, impact resistance and fatigue resistance, adapting to continuous high-intensity industrial operation.
Precision Manufacturing & Stable Operation: Adopting high-precision CNC machining and strict pitch calibration, each chain link features accurate size, tight matching clearance and flexible rotation.
