Product Description

Ultra-high Tensile & Impact Resistance: The structural optimization and high-grade material combination make the SP Series have a 30%-40% higher ultimate tensile strength than the standard ANSI/ISO short pitch roller chains of the same specification. It can withstand extreme dynamic and static loads, and adapt to the harsh working conditions of frequent start-stop, variable speed and heavy shock in heavy-duty transmission, without deformation or fracture.
Enhanced Wear & Fatigue Life: The precision-machined friction surfaces and professional heat treatment process effectively reduce the wear rate of the chain during operation. The optimized stress distribution design of link plates and components eliminates stress concentration points, and the fatigue life is increased by more than 50% compared with ordinary heavy-duty chains, meeting the requirements of long-term continuous operation of industrial equipment.
Compact Short Pitch Design: Following the international standard short pitch specification (6.35mm-31.75mm), the compact structural design realizes efficient power transmission in limited installation space. The short pitch configuration makes the meshing between the chain and sprocket more frequent and smooth, reducing transmission vibration and improving the precision of motion control, suitable for high-speed and high-precision heavy-duty transmission systems.

Corrosion & Rust Resistance for Diverse Environments: Multiple surface treatment options are available for different working environments, including black oxide coating (anti-rust and wear-resistant), electro-galvanizing/hot-dip galvanizing (enhanced corrosion resistance), nickel plating (corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance) and oil immersion (immediate use after opening). It can adapt to humid, dusty, corrosive and outdoor harsh working conditions, and maintain stable performance for a long time.
Flexible Multi-row Configuration: Available in single-row, double-row, triple-row and multi-row customized configurations, the load-bearing capacity can be flexibly adjusted according to the actual power transmission requirements of the equipment.
