   Adopt high-quality alloy structural steel for blank forging, with integral quenching and tempering heat treatment for the chain plate and pin shaft. The optimized cross-section design of the chain plate enhances the load-bearing capacity, effectively resisting the pulling force generated during heavy-load conveying and preventing chain breakage.
2. Excellent Wear & Impact Resistance

   Pin shaft and bushing adopt carburizing, nitriding and other surface strengthening processes, with high hardness and wear resistance of the working surface; the chain joint is precision machined and assembled with tight clearance, which can withstand frequent impact and vibration during material conveying, and reduce wear of key components.
3. Stable Operation & Low Noise

   Precision cold heading forming of chain plates, high-precision grinding of pin shafts and bushings, ensuring uniform clearance of each chain link. The smooth joint surface reduces friction during operation, realizing stable traction without jitter, and low running noise to improve workshop working environment.
4. Corrosion & Rust Resistance

   Optional surface treatment such as hot-dip galvanizing, electroplating, spray painting and Dacromet, which can effectively resist corrosion of moisture, dust, chemical impurities and other media in harsh working environments, and extend the service life of the chain in wet, dusty or corrosive scenarios.
5. Easy Installation & Maintenance
