1. High Tensile & Fatigue Resistance

   Blanks are forged from high-quality alloy structural steel (40Cr/20Mn2/20CrMnTi), with integral quenching and tempering heat treatment for chain plates and pin shafts. Optimized thickened chain plate design and rounded corner stress relief treatment effectively enhance load-bearing capacity, resist long-term alternating tensile force during continuous operation, and prevent chain plate fracture and fatigue damage.
2. Superior Wear & Impact Performance

   Pin shafts and bushings adopt carburizing, nitriding, and high-frequency quenching surface strengthening processes, with surface hardness reaching HRC58-62, ensuring excellent wear resistance of friction pairs. Precision-machined chain joints with tight and uniform clearances can withstand frequent impact and vibration from bulk material conveying, reducing wear of key components and extending the chain's service life.
3. Stable Operation & Low Friction

   Chain plates are formed by precision cold heading, and pin shafts/bushings are ground by high-precision equipment to ensure consistent clearance of each chain link. The smooth mating surface reduces friction and noise during operation, avoiding jitter and stuck conditions in high-speed/heavy-load conveying, and improving the overall operational stability of the conveyor system.
4. Corrosion & Rust Resistance

   Multiple surface treatment options are available for different working environments: black oxide finish for dry industrial sites, hot-dip galvanizing/electroplating for humid and dusty scenarios, Dacromet for mild corrosive environments, and 304/316 stainless steel material customization for strong corrosive working conditions (chemical plants, coastal areas). All treatments effectively resist medium corrosion and extend service life.

   Standardized modular design, equipped with dedicated connecting links, spring clips, and offset links, enabling quick on-site splicing, installation, and length adjustment. The simple and compact structure requires no complex daily maintenance; worn parts can be independently replaced, minimizing equipment downtime and reducing maintenance costs for customers.
